Monday, 29 September: Blue Monday but...

I know it's Blue Monday, but who can feel blue...
when the first spring roses bloom...

and the bees make merry?

I'm feeling blue because you forgot to post the Blue Monday link and you forgot to link in.

Thank you for posting these beautiful flowers. It makes it real that you're having spring while we're into autumn.

Oh, they are beautiful. We're seeing the end of ours here now. I live in the rose capitol, which is Tyler, Texas. But I never seem to have good luck with roses. And I've lived here nearly four years. Maybe next year is the charm!

Oh, Eleanor! The Roses! My mother loves roses. I like the white ones best, but they are all gorgeous.

Always a treat to visit you!

Kat

P.S. I've got a "Blue Monday" post of my own now - but it's a little different.

I am happy to have a friend I can visit anytime I get tired of the season I'm having. What a small world blogging has created for us. Your pictures are beautiful. That is a wonderful shot of the bees on the rose. Take care.

Your roses are quite lovely. Your cottage is too and I think your dogs are very cute. I have a few animals myself. They are good company.

Your flower pics are so magical! The roses are particularly stunning, but the purple of the jacaranda reches my spirit!
