Wisteria at twilight. I know wisteria are really mauve not blue, but their Afrikaans garden name is bloureen, which tranlates blue rain. Hi Eleanor, I absolutely love wisteria ! I am thinking about getting some started on my fence that runs along te back of our property.I could see it from my kitchen window!

Wisteria is such a lovely plant with its drooping flowers.
Your wisteria is lovely. When I went to England, I fell in love with all the wisteria hanging from houses and garden gates. I don't see it as often here in New England, but Canada has it in their beautiful gardens too. Have a lovely Monday. Karen

What a treat to see wisteria blooming in August! It's one of my favorite plants, even though the blooms last only a few days. Yours is just breathtaking.

I love Wisteria! Sooo pretty! I have a Wisteria tree but for some reason it didn't bloom this year.
